Awful service

Had to get Trading standards involved, sold a car with no end of problems (had a RAC inspection done as was told I knew nothing when I went back to the garage with issues). I asked Paul for my money back and was told he would take money off for usage (fair enough) He then told me he needed me to have the log book (after contacting DVLA he had not sent the log book to them so I wouldn't have it. I contacted him and told him there would be a wait on the log book, and I would be in contact when I had it. When I received it, he told me he would knock more money off the vehicle as I had had it another 2 months (stationary on my drive in the way). I had had it a while before the log book came, but he agreed on this when first contacted. Only after I asked him if he was part of the ADR scheme (he's not) did he agree to return the vehicle. I later learnt that he didn't need the log book to return the vehicle. I did eventually get the money but after a lot of headache.
