Courtesy Car Charge

My car has been recalled for a fuel pump issue. Perrys want to charge me £12 for a courtesy car!!! That’s not courtesy for a faulty car. I also asked while in, can they turn off the servicing dash light, £30 they want for that!!! Local garage will do it for free in 5 mins. Any wonder I don’t use them?
