Disappointed after sales support

I paid for an AA inspection on a vehicle I purchased, but the AA were unable to complete the road test as the battery negative terminal was loose and arcing and deemed unsafe. I raised this with A30 Car Sales and the response from their 'director' Phil was quite shocking he took no responsibility for the car leaving his garage like that Just to confirm part of an AA inspections is not to correct any faults (anyone in the business should know this) The car was serviced at A30 Car Sales 2 days prior so they shouldn't have let it leave like that!! Phil attitude was disgusting in my opinion and would not recommend this garage based on this.
