Poor Customer Service - Agenda?
I called Motorpoint Burnley on Thursday about a car I knew they had bought the day before. I spoke with Kirsty who informed me I couldnt see it as I had to wait for it to come onto their system, but she said she around call me as soon as it was possible. I told her I would very much appreciate that as I knew the previous owner and I knew that the car was in mint condition and I would be very interested in it. On Saturday evening I saw the car on the website but it wouldn’t allow me to reserve it. The car was no longer on the site on Sunday. I got a text about a missed call from Sam on Sunday and when I spoke with him he informed me that a member of staff has bought the car. Kirsty?
