Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service!!! I had to take my bike (bought in UK) to Italy. Called and emailed many times Yamaha customer service asking how to request a copy of a VIN labeI that I need in order to register my bike in Italy. They said the dealer should provide it to me. Their answer was to contact Yamaha customer service. Very bad customer service. They are not even trying to solve the problem. Careless. David Urbinati
