First Class Service - Highly Recommend
The true test of service and customer satisfaction is not when everything goes right - but when something goes wrong. What response will you get and how will your issue be dealt with? My husband and I found Tim Peacock to be pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. We were able to view the car outside normal working hours which was a very helpful, The car was as advertised, clean inside and out and just what we were looking for. Tim agreed to hold the car for us with a deposit, paying off the balance at the end of the month. Tim made the whole process of suddenly finding ourselves having to find a new car easy and stress free. Unfortunately, within days we experienced a problem with the car. We texted Tim and he was on the phone to us within 10 minutes, shocked to hear there was a problem, very apologetic and proactive in making sure the issue was resolved quickly. Fortunately, his cars come with 3 months warranty as standard. Tim had the necessary parts replaced within days, kept the car for few days to make sure the issue had been resolved, and then arranged to get the car back to us. We understand it was just a case of Murphy's Law and no-one being able to anticipate when something is going to go wrong on a second hand car (2011). What really impressed us was that when it did - Tim sorted it out with no fuss or quibbling. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received and cannot recommend Tim highly enough. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or recommend Timotor Car Sales to family and friends.
