BAD EXPERIENCE Mercedes-Benz & smart Dartford, When I purchased the above registration vehicle from Dartford branch there was few things not right when I pointed to your salesman who advised me that they will settle down and I should not worry as it has warranty on it I just had it serviced from your Dartford centre and they told me these need doing and I would need to pay or go back to centre that sold me vehicle I am extremely disappointed as buying from dealership i though I would get good vehicle I have spoken to sales person various times as also there was issues with first gear promises are being made to deal with the salesman without any action taken I buy this van £35,000 THIS VEHICLE IS NOT FIT FOR ITS PURPOSE as I purchased for my business and this is now costing me time and money. I don't recommended everyone to use this company!!! Issues are 1 both front doors not lining correctly 2 sliding door contacts not working so issue with sensors & locks 3 dash clock housing not seating correctly 4 1st gear issues
