Great Customer Service, Very helpful.

When arriving at Oaklands, it can be a squeeze to park, however, what is lovely is you are left to happily wander around the forecourt at your leisure to look at the cars, without a salesperson jumping down your throat. Once you have found a car you like, you go into a very friendly office where they are happy to answer any questions you may have. Test drives can happen on the same day, as long as you have your driver's license on you. The best part, is you are left to the test drive yourself, without having a salesperson still trying to sell you the car sitting next to you. My husband and I were able to look over every inch of the car, test drive it, and ask questions, without feeling any pressure whatsoever, which was a great feeling. When we asked questions to Kirsten (Sorry if that's not how you spell her name), if she did not know, she would find out for you and not just guess. Gave you a real piece of mind. Went to pick up the care today 04.08.22 and the finance company (external, not one of theirs), where messing us around endlessly. Ella and Shane professionally dealt with them, made me feel comfortable for the 3 hours I sat there, and were really friendly and chatty, Shane even gave me a lift home, whilst we were waiting for the final payout to happen. They literally have gone the extra mile for me and I am very grateful. Would highly recommend this garage.
