UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I paid a deposit for a car almost 2 weeks ago, arranged to collect this on the Saturday. I was travelling from Glasgow to collect this car and the dealer knew this. Got a call that morning to say the car didn't pass its MOT! I had already purchased insurance and was on my way to Macclesfield. Arranged to pick up on the Wednesday, thank goodness I hadn't set off, called dealer at 0930 to discover car wouldn't start. They offered to refund my deposit, well that was over a week ago and I still don't have it in my account. Dan the car sales man was rude when I called and asked about this and also re-imbursment for insurance I have paid for. I WOULDN'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NOT VERY WILLING TO PAY ME MAY MONEY THAT I AM DUE
