A warm & pleasant greeting from Steven Stevenson. After a brief chat about what we were looking for, Steven patiently went through options and procedures with us. No undue hard-sell or undue pressure, just straight forward information & advice. We had about 90% opted for a Suzuki, but Steven suggested a return in a couple of days to make sure. When we returned, we saw the new Captur & loved it. That was the car for us. Steven took care of all the documentation for us & everything was completed within 30 minutes. No drama...no hassle.
