Dissatisfied and out of pocket customer

Purchased a VW Polo from them, looked a lovely clean car, came with a 3 month warranty and a 12 month MOT with no advisories on, within 3 months the handbrake started to fail, took it back to them and they "repaired" it within the hour, within a couple of weeks the brakes failed while my husband was driving in traffic, mechanic came out all they had done was adjust the handbrake inside the car without even checking the back brakes, the pistons snapped off as a result and all the brake fluid was lost and the car had no brakes, there was nothing left on the rear brake shoes, the engine is now failing and we are looking at having to scrap this vehicle because we don't feel safe in it any more
