Charles Warner service

This is our first experience of dealing with MG but having recently bought an MG ZS we had our service completed today at Lincoln. Keith Hanson the service manager greeted us and explained all the details of the service, he was exceptionally polite and helpful. Keith is very knowledgeable and supplied us with all the details of the service plan we have undertaken. As this is a new car to us and the technology is different we asked if he could get a member of staff to talk us through some of the major points, along came Nigel, who was very patient and knowledgeable, he talked us through all the queries we had, nothing was too much trouble for him. All in all I think that this is the best treatment we have received from any car dealer that we have ever dealt with. Well done to MG and to the quality of your staff.
