Company sells you a car then 1 hour before going on a transporter to be delivered rings up and states car is being recalled and won't be coming . Couldn't give any deffinate time frame for rectifying issue . All polite when taking money but then when there's an issue the contact changes Busy in meetings busy with customers. Then had to resort to emails and texts . I required confirmation in writing of full cancellation and refund for car ,service package and gap insurance but nothing other than few words. Refund then rec and I was gonna give them the benefit of doubt and end the matter until i suddenly get emails from finance company for payments . I tried contacting vines who again refused to acknowledge . So had to spend over an hour contacting these companies myself to cancel and explain. If this is how a company like BMW goes on with me then take note before dealing with them . There appalling
