Sales were great but have an issue now

Sales was great, as a first time caravan owner they were very very helpful. Have an issue with the caravan now and after sales is difficult. The problem was sorted initially but it failed and they did not respond to my email. It says on their Facebook that the phones aren’t working and I have emailed and messages them on their Facebook page.
