I put a £200 deposit on a citigo on sunday afternoon 31/01/16 & within 24hours decided I'd rushed into my decision and it wasn't the car for me (In reflection it had high mileage for year & just didn't suit me), I contacted the salesman promptly and asked for a gesture of half my deposit back but was flatly refused. Not even a penny back/no discussion, he just hung up! I didn't mess them about and let you know asap (it sold soon after). If I was selling a car, I would have agreed to half the money back in such a short timescale as a goodwill gesture. Its left a bitter feeling of the company! A far cry from their website detail below:- "Our friendly staff will go the extra mile to guarantee that you receive the advice you need. This is the reason why many of our customers keep coming back to us. At Infinity Cars we don't just sell cars, we do everything possible to get you driving your perfect car" I recommend people avoid this company due to lack of goodwill/respect
