Went to Tyneside Audi to upgrade my current A1 and our salesman Tito was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We ordered our new car and then a few days later decided we wanted upgrades on it, I emailed Tito and it was done straight away with confirmation by email. Even on his days off he would still keep in contact with the progress of the car.
