Sold me a car with an oil leak!

Got a car from these scammers end of April. The message popped up saying drivetrain on the very same day i got it. Went back to the dealer he assured me there is nothing serious and its probably just a sensor. Turns out there is a EGR valve to be replaced and there’s a leak in the diff. Warranty won’t cover it and all owner had to say was you seen the car when you bought it. Watch out for them i wouldn’t recommend them to anyone because now im left with 2k bill.
