Bad experience

I was invited by Marshall Honda Harrogate to a so called VIP Event this morning. Upon arriving on time parking was impossible here & the entrance severely congested. As I'm a disabled driver I couldn't find any allocated disabled parking, so I thought this seemed a bad omen. Having arrived on time I was asked to wait. After 15 minutes waiting someone came to ask me what I wanted ! Absolute rubbish organisation here. After a brief discussion another colleague interrupted & my guy disappeared with the interrupter. Waited another 10 minutes then left. I wouldn't buy anything with these people. I expected better from Honda !!!
