absolutely poor service team

From the service manager to the mechanics, I don't think they have clue what they are doing. I suggest you stop Pissing customers off by messing up jobs and try to lie to people about what jobs needs to be done on their car. I brought the car in for a DSG gearbox issue, in which it took me 2 weeks to get the car back. The day after receiving the car back, i had to have it recovered and taken in as the garage and F**kep up my car and made it worst than when I brought it there in the 1st place. everything they tell me, i feel like it not the truth and they are covering something up in which i will find what it is make make them pay for it. Its not good to lie and try con people out of money for your own faults and then expect that people are going to be happy and walk away without asking any question. if i have a choice, i would never EVER show my face back in da dealership or recommend anyone to even buy a car or get your car worked on from this place. They thinks its going to stop here.......its only the beginning, Trust me. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS GARAGE IF YOU APPRECIATE YOU LIFE AND MENTAL HEALTH as all ive been doing is stressing and been in a dark place as all they do is chat poo
