Poor customer service

Brought a vehicle from townfield car sales within 3 days it had broken down got in touch with the dealer only for them to send a second hand part out to me to arrange the part to be fitted myself git the part fitted only to have the vehicle working for 4 days it then was 8 weeks before they accepted the vehicle back I found the whole experience with townfield very poor
