Amazing Customer Service

I went to Ingrams to buy a new Skoda car on the recommendation of a family member. My very first new car. The salesman I dealt with, Angus, was beyond amazing and I can't speak highly enough of him. He has been amazing since I stepped foot on the showroom floor. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and got me the best deal available too. He kept me up-to-date with the progress and really made a long process bearable. When I was unfortunate enough to have my old car breakdown on the way to trade in and collect my new car, he was amazing then too. Gave me great advice on what to do and was very understanding and reassuring. Exactly what I needed at that time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a car. If all staff are as amazing as Angus then you will not be disappointed at all.
