Read reviews from other websites as well, not just the ones his friends have put on here. Paul can be nasty, condescending and intimidating, but, if you do go for what ever reason, take someone with you that knows what they are talking about or else he'll make you feel stupid for bringing up genuine questions. Also, like all the other comments being honest about him, he's going to come up with a cock and bull story about how great he is and how everyone else is evil and a liar. That should partly show you what he's like when something has gone wrong with the car you get and you ask him for the help/repairs you are entitled to.
