Atrocious Service
Visited the garage five times, always only one member of staff on sales . Couldn’t guarantee a price on my trade in due to a wait of one year for the vehicle I wanted. All other garages I visited (and I mean a lot) all guaranteed me a price on my car. On collecting a new car for a relative, there was no presentation, no cover over the car in the showroom and car was just parked between other cars on the lot. For a person that’s spent a lot of money and excited for their new purchase, was a real kick in the teeth. From previous visits I had noticed buy a car and get a bottle of wine (wow), but neither that or a cup of coffee was ever offered. It’s a shame Kia’s new range of nice new vehicles are hampered with poor dealerships that get a bad name. They have a long way to go to keep up with other manufacturers showrooms. How other reviews have given a high score, I don’t know. Probably they haven’t visited high end dealerships offering vehicles at similar prices. I buy a new vehicle every two years, unfortunately I won’t be setting foot at Stoneacre Durham unless someone steps in to give it a good overhaul. I don’t just give poor reviews , I also give good reports when needed!
