Brilliant - no hassle, no hard sell!

Just popped in as looking to upgrade any literally met Dean in the car park as he was walking back into the dealership. We had a brief chat - he was very helpful and knowledgeable - no pressure, no dramas, no pushiness, no expectations - just straightforward. Needless to say, I came out with a slightly different car - the 208 GT line. I would like to thank Dean for his easy manner, and his willingness to keep in touch - nothing was too much trouble. I hate being sold to and I would hold Dean up as a shining example of an incredibly effective, collaborative and thoughtful Sales Executive.
