Poor service

Bought car of Arnold Clark Motherwell beginning of the year on 8th June car was towed to garage where we were told 3 weeks later that it need a new engine it is now 18th July there customer service is so poor that we have heard nothing from them from 6th July engine was supposed to arrive 7th July so I have had no car from 8th June hardly any updates and poor customer service
