Rude and disgusting owner

Rude and disrespectful owner!!! I have purchased a brand new bike and a helmet was included in the price, as a free gift. Upon delivery of bike, there was no helmet however the owner said that he forgot to take it and it will be posted to be delivered on the next day. On the following day, I have called to find out if it was sent as being excited my bike and the same gentleman answered the phone, to be told that first there is no helmet included. When I have mentioned that I want to return the bike as under any circumstances I will not accept to be lied in my face, the same gentleman started being rude and sarcastic, at the end to say that "if I wanted so badly to come and collect it myself (about 1h driving each way) or it will be posted to be delivered at some point next week". I felt very disappointed and found the owner very rude and unprofessional. So I went to pick it up myself...however, the experience was poor and there was no need for rudeness or shouting! At the end of the day... I'm not the first highlighting such unprofessional behaviour! Still have 2 years of warranty with the manufacturer but will be moving my business somewhere else where I may be treated with more respect.
