Shocking service

My car went back under warranty for repair, I was told it would need a new engine the first engine turned up wrong, then the second one was delayed twice apparently, there was very little communication from them I was having to chase them up for updates on the car with very little outcome after four weeks I still haven’t got the car back from them even though I was told I would have it back by the end of the fourth week, I was offered a car and told I would have to insure it myself for a few day as they wouldn’t insure it. Shocking customer service and not having a car for 4/5 weeks.
