Dreadful

Why oh why did I stick with this company. As others have said Mike was so helpful and seemed genuinely interested in getting a great car for our family. All sounded great - it just needed a quick once over and service. I did a test drive and there was an issue but he assured me it was just that the spark plugs needed replacing. Collected the car having been assured it had a service and was running like a dream!! Price we were given included AA cover and also six months car tax.. Took the car home and then when we went out in it for the evening it broke down - limped along the road at about 4 miles an hour with loads of smoke out the back!! When we were in a s age place we called the AA (on our own already existing policy) to be told it had NO car tax so the AA wouldn’t help us!! To cut a very long story short we now have a broken car on our driveway. Over £200 out of pocket (tow truck etc) and Mike won’t answer his phone. Went to the garage to meet Dan his brother who only suggested calling his mobile!! NO HELP AT ALL FROM ANYONE. Apparently he’s having a messy divorce (oh so does that allow him to treat people like this!!!!). Dan said the business is going to be closing so I guess no recompense or money coming back my way!! I’ll try the small claims court anyway!!
