Car purchased in December but the sat nav disc was missing. Was advised it would be posted to me but now in February and after talking with the a further 6 times, each time being told it was on its way I have given up hope. Every time I was told Chris (manager) would call me back, but he has not called back once. Other people that answer the phone are just as unhelpful, After sales service is non existent.
