Called them 5 weeks ago regarding a test drive, did not have the car in stock, but told me they would find one and let me know when they have one, still not had a call from them, so I assume they were not interested, so I have ordered a new T-Roc instead

Terrible service. Refused to honour a warranty repair even though the car was booked in before the end of the warranty period.
Possibly the most unfriendly service desk staff I have ever encountered will not be replacing my Hyundai for another one

I was not made to feel welcome here. Left standing around for 20minutes without so much as a sorry I will be with you in a minute. Once the salesman had finished with the person he was dealing with I was greeted with I'll have to be quick my customer will be back soon. Not good service at all.

Bought a car from Read 6 years ago and had it serviced there. We sold it for another make a year ago. Despite continued requests from us they NEVER stop telephoning us trying to get us to buy a new car etc. This is harassment and they are on warning that legal action will be taken if this continues. Avoid these like the plague

Arrived here hoping for a quick charge of my car as the app says its free to use. Checked with the staff and they lied and said its only compatable with hyundai cars even though its a standard podpoint charger. Not very good and not helping the electric car cause.

Went down to Read Hyundai earlier today Saturday 12/5/18 to enquire about a new vehicle and was met with what was best described as complete apathy by the single salesperson that seemed to be on duty. Really embarrassing experience. No Hyundai for me.

Staff not very nice take your car in for repair 4 juddering clutch took them 12 months to recognise the fault and 3 years not even to fix it winter had a look at a new vehicle there are took salesman 3-months to reply to my enquiry whatever you do go elsewhere

Unbelievably poor service department and £100 bill to sort out something that should have come with the car.
