I bought a Mercedes Benz slk for cash, nice looking car with low mileage. I had it delivered as it was a fair few miles away. Speaking with the Salesman I was assured the car would not leave the premises until it was perfect. After a few days I started noticing a few issues which I reported to the garage. I was told I would get a call back from the service manager. No call came,so I messaged him and no response, so I tried again and again, no response to any messages. I contacted the salesman again and a week later he messaged me back with the same story that he would contact me. It has now been over four weeks and have had no response. It has now cost me money to fix the problems after paying £9,500. I have never dealt with a company like this.
