Absolutely horrendous

Went to view a car that wasnt on the forecourt, promised me videos of the car when they got it from the compound but didnt send them as agreed. - I had to chase for the videos which took days - went to buy the car and had to witness a debate between staff members about the cost of the car when I decided not to part exchange my car - I was told the gears had been fixed but as I drove home struggled to get it in gear and the car had a clunking noise - returned the car the following day and was given an inappropriate, dirty grimy courtesy car - total lack of communication- often took several emails to get a response and their response didnt actually answer my queries! They couldnt tell me if the repairs they did had been in relation to the faults I had raised or something different - car didnt have something that advert said it had and I was lied to and they changed their mind that it did have it then it didnt, then theyd fit it - I felt i had no trust or faith in the car or the garage so decided to reject the car but was told that i needed to pay £349 admin fee and what was meant to took 3-5 days took well over a week for them to male a decision The only positive was that I have now got a full refund for a car I couldnt trust and no longer have to deal with the garage again
