Very disappointing

Very disappointed with parts department customer service never go back. I have wee garage in Airdrie and order thermostat housing for a bmw 730d is been my mistake I’ve give the part number but the part number is from 330d I’ve gest pay and after open the box to check and notice is wrong I’ve ask to change the part but the boy dealing with is start been very cheeky tell no is yours I’m not take back you can do whatever you want with is up to you. I admit is been my fault but don’t need treat customer like that. Every body made mistakes but don’t treat like that a customer. I never had the boy name but is sound like Irish accent. Very disappointed .
