Great service initially, 6 weeks on ....
Initially the service we received was great, Lee sent a personal video of the car declaring notice mark on it, The car had been debadged and we were assured that these would be replaced. On the journey home the wing mirror indicator wasn't working this was obviously a known issues as the mirror was chipped where it had been attempted to be removed to replace the indicator bulb, We felt that we weren't believed and had to send photos of the front of the mirror housing presumably to prove that we hadn't damaged it on the way home. Lee agreed to pay for a replacement light and mirror. Great. Upon washing and polishing the car 3 weeks after purchase my husband noticed that there was damage to the drivers door, which had been badly repaired, when we queried this we were told that we should have noticed before, possibly. When we've tried to contact Lee he's been either busy with a customer and will call us back, just on his way out and will call when he gets back or day off and will call the next day.. you guessed it no return calls. 6 weeks down the line we haven't received the promised TDI badge, nor have we received the log book, for which they've blamed the DVLA, 2 friends who bought cars around the same time received their's in a week, It transpired that it had been held for at least 3 weeks prior to processing. On the whole really disappointed with the experience. Probably great if no issues, however if there are... buyer beware.
