Worst customer service experience from Cardif Audi. No matter how much evidence you show them that they messed up they just wont accept there mistake. SIMPLY FIX THE ISSUE. Someone who has paid so much of there hard earned money to enjoy the car you are just putting them off the Audi Brand !!
