Not very open or honest

So I applied for a replacement vin, go in store pay £90 due to coverage d it can take upto 4 weeks, After chasing then to find out where it is or if its even been made yet, 3 weeks of phone calls and promises to phone me back within 48 hours and still nothing, So 3 weeks have gone past and still no phone call back, if they say your car will be ready next week, the mean next year's next week
