Wont comply with their legal obligations

Used car purchase in Feb, 2022. 3 months later clutch starts to slip. Porsche Chester refuse to assist and direct me towards claiming under warranty (which doesn't cover clutch). I claim a breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015, which legally obliges them to fix at their cost. They refuse.
