Fantastic Dealership

I have purchased several cars over the 26 years from Renault in Coulsdon and I have placed my complete trust in the dealership/Mark Harris. I moved 3 years ago and recently needed to purchase another vehicle I did not hesitate in contacting them even though I live 2 hours away. I have so much trust in them that I didn’t even see the vehicle, only online, until I went up to Coulsdon to purchase it. I am absolutely over the moon with the Renault Captur. Any problems I do have I know that Mark Harris or one of his team will sort it out straight away for me. I would like to say a special thanks to not only Mark Harris but Ricky Nunn who is always a delight to deal with so friendly and professional they are both role models for the new employees joining the dealership in Coulsdon. I feel like part of their Renault family. Everyone I have dealt with has been so welcoming. On my last visit Ricky was not in but he placed my care in the hands of a young man called Dan who also displayed all the traits of Mark & Ricky and that is why I won’t go anywhere else and I will continue to give my custom to them. Thank you all for your support over the years.
