poor and rude when theres an issue
about 9 months after buying a car from mjs there has been non stop issues with it (standard garage would give 12 months warranty but they didnt) so thats issue number one. Then when i have taken it to a garage they have said they dont believe it was serviced before i brought the car, which i was assured it was. I am not receiving attitude filled emails from Laura saying that 'i gave everything at handover its not my fault if you lost it' which is extremely unhelpful and rude. i dont understand why no record of work they've done is kept, really dodgy and unorganised if you ask me, and rude. such an unhelpful person. won't be using them again.
