Purchase of my Mini Clubman Cooper S 6dr

I was searching on the internet for a Mini and came across Louth Volksworld. Well, what a discovery! I found the car I wanted. I was a little weary because I would have to purchase my chosen vehicle without seeing it, but I need not have worried. I had the option not to take delivery if it turned out to be not what I expected. In reality it turned out to be everything I expected plus more! I dealt with Darren throughout, and the service I received from him was second to none - from beginning to end. I also received a part exchange on my old car, which I was happy for. Darren was on the end of an email practically 24/7. I could not believe it. I sent emails on a Sunday expecting a reply next morning during office hours! Low and behold, my emails were responded to almost immediately on the same Sunday! I had lots of questions for Darren and he never got tired of me! Nothing was too much trouble. Really, really pleased with the friendly, professional service I received from him! I live in London, 4 1/2 hours away and Darren had my car delivered to my house. John, the driver must have left when the owls were hooting! Thank you John! I would 1000% recommend this car dealer and intend to return for another car in time to come. My son is already searching their website! I can't recommend Darren highly enough. Thank you Darren Pauline
