Horrendous, avoid at all costs

Purchased a Defender March 22, Very good at talking a good game on the phone to get your money. Full engine & PDI is a joke. Vehicle had literally completed 5 miles and ended up in the garage. Still awaiting a decision on a warranty claim after nearly 10 weeks. Still awaiting a missing part that was supposed to have been sorted/posted beginning of April. Passenger door would not close form day 1. Best part of all is the car is still on their website after me owning it for 12 weeks. I have since sold the vehicle on at a loss of around 4k due to the overall condition. Terrible service, vehicles are not thoroughly checked. Perhaps they should look up what PDI actually stands for!
