Disgusting State to return a vehicle

I had the misfortune to use your Falkirk dealership for some Recall work. When I left the car it was clean and had 1/4 of fuel in the tank. When I received it back it was disgustingly dirty and had no fuel in the tank. I take pride in keeping my vehicle clean and fully fueled and DO NOT EXPECT a professional garage to return a car in this disgusting state and to have used it so much that the amount fuel could only get the car 9 miles !!!!!!!!
