When I bought my car from ECS in March 2015 I received an excellent service and they were extremely helpful and friendly. Not long after purchasing my car it started to shudder randomly and sometimes this was whilst driving at speed. I contacted ECS who where yet again extremely helpful, by booking me into their local garage and helping me to contact Warranty First to make a claim. The problem was an intermittent fault with the crank shaft sensor, which couldn't have been previously detected before I bought the car. My car was fixed that weekend. Recently, I have had a suspension coil snap. I have contacted ECS again and they have put me in contact with Dean at motor maintenance (Witham) who has quoted me a very reasonable price.
