Terrible Customer Service

I booked my Peugeot in for new windscreen wipers as the new fancy Robin & Day premises are in Chiswick, where I live. On the Monday that I'd booked the car in, I got a call saying the wipers hadn't arrived (they hadn't been ordered). I rebooked for Wednesday as directed. I parked at Robins & Day, waited, my vehicle was taken to the serviced centre and guess what. No wipers for my car had been ordered. A very helpful young man in the service dept was most apologetic and promised to order the wipers and send someone to fix them on my car at my home in Chiswick. This never happened, I haven't heard a word since (at least 3 weeks ago). I rang again today, was told the wipers are in and I'm still waiting for a manager to call me. On no account buy a car from this dealership, they will not take care of you as a customer at all.
