Car scratched & stinking of smoke

My car was put into Arnold Clark Peugeot Hamilton Road Glasgow for an adblue issue. Issue with the adblue was resolved but I wish I would have went somewhere else. When I got my car back and got in, the car was stinking as if someone had been smoking in it. Unprofessional to smoke in someones car. I was also told before I left that they had washed the car. I got home and looked at the car, there are now lots of scratched on the drivers door and front wheel arch and a hand print on front wheel arch where someone with dirty hands had been leaning. The car is a 2021 Peugeot 3008 and I have done 18,000 miles in it. Because I have had it from new I know of any imperfections. These scratches weren't there when I dropped it off. If you have the misfortune of having to leave your car with them, inspect it with a member of staff and also go round it when you get it back so you get it back in the same condition you gave them, or at least able to say, you have done this to my car. My car wasn't washed by them either. It looks like maybe someone went round the one side with a dirty rag with a stone in the rag? What a mess. Luckily they didn't go round the full car. It's hard to see just how bad it is with these pictures. Person on service desk was a really nice women. Condition of my door and front wheel arch is now a mess.
