Buying a car

Absolutely shocking. Reserve a vehicle online, pay a fee, receive confirmation, call next day to confirm, be advised they can’t find confirmation. Send confirmation as requested only to be told that the vehicle has been sold to someone else anyway. Have never had anything like this before when buying ANYTHING let alone a car or vehicle. First time “attempting” to purchase something with Lookers, will NEVER use or recommend to anyone. Absolute joke!!
