Made an appointment to view a second family car. Met on arrival by Ian from sales who after a quick chat gave us the keys to go on a test drive. On returning he asked what we thought and when we said we would like to buy it. The service we had from him while waiting for the car to be checked over,serviced and given a fresh mot was excellent, always kept updated on the progress .
