Lexus Reception

Having just completed a Lexus survey, where I highly praised a number of your staff. I inadvertently failed too mention Lisa. Lisa is a delight I can only describe her as the face of Lexus. She is sophisticated welcoming and adept at puts you at ease whilst she informs the right person to deal with your query. If Lexus is described as the Rolls Royce of cars, I could only describe Lisa as it’s flying lady. Thank you Lisa
