Failed to alert me over Recalls

Avoid Motorwell. I bought a brand new Citroen Berlingo Multispace in Sept 2015 and recently discovered they have failed to alert me to several serious Recall Notices. Motorwell claimed they had transferred their Citroen business to Rowcliffes in Nov 2018 but Rowcliffe insist it was Jan 2021 and neither will take responsibility. I'm rating them at 2 Stars because Feefo is fixed to reject anything less. Conniving. And not just crooked but dangerous.
