Shocking Garage to deal with,

When buying friendly and efficient, I spent £58,500 when the car was delivered it had a faulty tyre a big split on it I obviously phoned up and complained and was told to get a quote, then told to get the tyre changed. I was then told I would have to pay for it and they would pay me back which if wrong they should pay for it not me over four weeks later, still no payment back to me even after me wasting my time contracting then a few times, I have had the car for over two months now and once again after ringing and getting no where still have no log book from them, bad service will never buy from this group or recommend them.
